| The directors wanted to demonstrate their commitment to the installation of Low Carbon technologies. A wood pellet boiler was the only such system which could provide all heating and hot water requirements, using a mixture of new underfloor heating systems and existing radiators. Wood pellets were chosen over woodchip due to the limited space available for fuel storage. |
