Our team of mechanical design engineers work with our project managers, installation engineers, as well as a number of sub-contractors to ensure the systems are transformed effectively from concepts through to installations, with an emphasis on delivering practical, long-term solutions. |

Our project managers will liaise with your builders to ensure boiler rooms and fuel stores, if being constructed on site, are in line with our specification. |

When the boiler room is ready for our equipment to be installed, the boiler and collection system will be delivered, usually on a lorry with HIAB crane. It may be that, if we are providing the fuel store, it is delivered at the same time. |
| Our installation engineers will install the boiler and fuel transfer system in accordance with drawings issued by our design department. Although we work with subcontractors on building works and pipe fitting, we always install the boilers ourselves to ensure assembly and electrical installation is carried out correctly. |

Once the boiler has been installed and assembled, plumbers / pipe fitters can begin piping up the system. |

A flue contractor will be commissioned to install a suitable flue system, in line with boiler requirements, planning requirements and the client’s personal preference.

Following commissioning, our service department will always be pleased to answer and questions and queries which arise, and often simple operations can be explained over the phone.
Further to this, if possible, we always install a remote access link to the system, which allows our technicians to view boiler performance and undertake system diagnostics over an internet connection. |
