CONTROL SYSTEMS

The boiler control allows the user to make simple adjustments to operating settings. By monitoring boiler temperature, flue gas temperature and oxygen content, the controller adjusts fuel feed, combustion fan output and flue gas fan output to maintain optimum operating conditions. Automatic ignition, de-ashing and heat exchanger cleaning are also monitored and controlled by this system, ensuring consistent and efficient operation.

FIREVIEW REMOTE ACCESS SYSTEM

Energy Innovations can make use of remote access software to observe heating system parameters at any time in order to assess any issues which may arise during operation. This modem access can also be used by the client to manage the system whilst they are away from the home or building.

THE MERLIN HEATING CONTROLLER

The heating controller in the house interacts with the boiler management system to maintain the highest level of control and efficiency across the seasons and all different heating requirements.

AUTOMATIC COMBUSTION SYSTEM

Once the fuel has passed through the unique GILLES cell wheel fuel feed system, the combustion unit uses a balance of primary and secondary airflow to maintain the required level of heat output, as governed by the boiler control system.

The unit, which also includes the automatic ignition components, is constructed from heat resistant steel ensuring a long burner life.
